The company's founder and managing director, Béla Megyeri, wanted to challenge the professional point of view, namely that the staff is just a staff, and incorporated his experience into an "iDE(R)" - "INNOVATIVE" DEVELOPS EVENT approach instead.

We launched our company in the mid-2000's based on our professional experience in the world of event planning, event construction and event security.

Since 2008, the Acrew staff has been providing a first-class service that is distinctive, reliable and professional. We are proud that our service has been consistent for over a decade; the Acrew brand is highly respected in the events industry. It is our approach that makes Acrew different from other event management companies. We are managing your project personally from the very beginning until the end. We have been involved in the national completion of several large-scale productions. Our team has been co-operated in the completion of world-famous exhibitions (Titanic, The Body, Star Wars - The Fans Strike Back and Incas’ Golden), as well as concerts (Ennio Morricone in Budapest).

ACCURATE AND EFFECTIVE WORK:
Our event planning service is characterised by precision and efficiency. We deliver plans on time and meet deadlines. Our expert team is in constant communication with clients to discuss every detail and ensure a smooth workflow.

 Our 3D service enables detailed and accurate planning of events, helping you to proactively plan your project and make the best use of your venue. The technology and tools we use are taken from other areas of the industry and are tailored to the specific needs of the events industry.

Our workflow consists of the following steps:

1. Laser scanning of event venues:

    • We survey the area using precision 3D laser scanners.
    • We use this data to create a 2D floor plan and, if required, a 3D model.

2. Reality-based 3D site design:

    • We design the venue in detail in the 2D and/or 3D environment, taking into account all technological details.
    • It includes cabling plans, equipment plans, lighting plans, escape and evacuation plans.

3. Laser marking:

Based on the plans provided by us or by the client, we carry out the on-site marking of the various technological equipment and tracks.

The 3D design allows us to plan your event site in detail and with precision, optimise the layout and anticipate the various technical aspects. It helps to plan more efficiently and ensure a smooth event.

We place great emphasis on our carefully selected and trained team who guarantees a smooth running of events and provides support to all clients, technical staff and other members of the team.

Thanks to our in-house training, all our staff has the skills and attitude required to provide a high-quality service. Establishing relationship and trust with our customers is of high importance for us. Due to more than one and a half decades of experience in the events industry, we fully understand our clients' needs and expectations.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE INTRODUCTORY TRAINING?

The introductory training is one day long and covers:

  • Confidentiality statement, company organisation chart, code of conduct, rules and regulations
  • Safety and health training
  • Uniform time schedule and way of wearing uniforms
  • Medical examination

If you are hired, you will have a probationary period at the specified location. As a new member, you will work as part of a larger team where you will be supervised by a crew chief or technical manager. After a successful probationary period, your contract will be completed and you will become a permanent member of the team. Then come the challenges and happy working days.

You should be prepared for an ever-changing work process. Although, we work with well-known brands and celebrities, it's not always easy. Some tasks can be mentally and physically challenging. You have to load trucks, build stages and work with audiovisual equipment. You'll be performing in various and fascinating locations. Thanks to our continuous expansion, we are regularly looking for capable, hard- working and reliable candidates with excellent communication skills. Crews are responsible for manual material handling, including loading and unloading trucks and building stages. Crew work can be physically demanding and stressful at times, but you will be working in a positive-minded, freiendly team during events at some of the best-known venues in Hungary and the Central European region.
