This policy describes how the controller below processes the personal data of the website’s visitors and of those submitting its forms, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, phone number and message. The purpose is answering your enquiry and preparing a quote; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

We retain the data until the matter is closed, and for no longer than 1 year after the last contact.

When you apply for a position we process the application form data and the uploaded CV, solely to run the selection process. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox on the form.

Application materials are retained until the selection process ends and are then deleted together with the CV file. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to office@acrew.hu; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

We collect usage statistics with Google Analytics 4 only with your prior consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The provider is Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC (USA — transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Without consent the measurement script does not even load. The cookies used, and how to change your choice, are described in the Cookie Policy.

We use the following processors to operate the website: Vercel Inc. (hosting and operations, EU — Frankfurt — server region), Neon Inc. (database, Frankfurt) and Cloudflare Inc. (file storage with EU data residency). These providers have US parent companies; any transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Embedded videos are served by Vimeo in “Do Not Track” mode, which sets no tracking cookies. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in access-restricted private storage. Uploaded CVs are accessible only to authorised staff, through time-limited signed download links.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you,
• rectification,
• erasure,
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw your consent at any time.
